TSI Racing Converters are built entirely from 100% new components, ensuring durability and performance. Each converter features a new billet front cover, 4140 hardened finish-ground impeller hub, and 4140 turbine spline. It includes a custom-built stator, available in 073 aluminum or CNC-milled/unmilled steel, along with a furnace-brazed impeller pump and turbine. Additionally, every unit is equipped with three Torrington bearings, anti-ballooning plates, and a screw-on pilot for midplate adjustment.
